On New Category, type the category or subcategory name and press Enter. You can provide a description for the category or subcategory in the Properties view.

Drag-and-drop columns into the category or subcategory. Figure 3-7 shows the result of creating a Contact name category and moving the contact_first and contact_last columns into the category.
