In order to run a BIRT application in the iServer environment when the BIRT application uses a custom JDBC driver, you must install the JDBC driver in the following location:$ACTUATE_HOME\iServer\Jar\BIRT\platform\plugins
\org.eclipse.birt.report.data.oda.jdbc_<VERSION>\drivers
