Chart Da Vinci is a programmatic interface to the BIRT Chart API providing report developers with an easy to use technique for building and customizing charts.
All the popular chart customizations such as palette colors, line colors, fonts and chart area colors, are defined in simple arrays. A single function call passes your requirements to the BIRT chart engine which builds your chart.

Built in settings paint a good looking chart without any customization. Extra features including back wall stripes and multiline labels add a professional look to your charts.

Over 75 sample charts are provided in the gallery report. Cut and paste any chart into your report, then simply set the chart data portion to access your data. Use the chart as delivered or add your own customizations by altering the settings in the chart arrays.

A full specification of the array settings is provided in the User Guide.

Chart Da Vinci runs in both Open Source and Professional BIRT report designers.

Report Designs provided
1) To observe the difference between out-of-the-box BIRT charts and charts enhanced with Chart Da Vinci, run the report: 01_cdv_with_without.rptdesign.
2) Browse the 75 sample charts by running 02_cdv_Gallery.rptdesign.

Note:You will need to reset the location of cdv.js as a report resource. Open each report, display Outline, then select Resource in the property editor.
Click Add in the Javascript part of the screen and add cdv.js. Remove the existing entry.

This is an awesome work! I have fixed the Gallery report to make it compatible with 4.3.x and added a thumbnail, how can i submit it to update the package? Should i upload it as a separate file?
